Complaints
According to Regulations store CruelDesigns.com and the letter of the Civil Code, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint about a product that does not meet the quality standards indicated by the manufacturer and has been damaged not through the fault of the user. To do so, please complete the form below. In response, you will receive a return e-mail with the address to which the product should be sent. After its delivery, we will immediately (maximum 14 days) respond to the complaint and, if approved, replace it with a new one or refund the money.
